All we are saying is that be prepared to accept such a delay in a small percentage of shipments. Yes, these are still the minority and we hope you would be understanding if this happened to be one of your shipments. We had 2 similar cases for packages shipped within the greater Los Angeles area (where we are) that took 3 weeks to arrive within the past month.
There's absolutely no USPS log/update from before the time the package was picked up from our warehouse until it reaches a distribution center at the other end almost 3 weeks later. >but the underpromise is becoming not credible.
